Physical Therapist (Pediatric) - Fayetteville, NC

Alphanumeric is hiring a Physical Therapist to work in Fayetteville, NC, with an innovative and compassionate leader in pediatric therapy.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually ($33.65 - $40.87/hour), depending on experience

Position Summary

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and physical challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the lives of children and their families while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence
  • Educate families and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, educators, and caregivers to support patient outcomes
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

 
Requisitos

 

Qualifications

  • Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required
    • Bachelor's Degree accepted only if obtained through a transitional accreditation pathway
  • Pediatric Physical Therapy experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families
