Occupational Therapist (Pediatric) - Hybrid

 

Fayetteville, NC

Flexible Hybrid Schedule | $2,000 Sign-On Bonus | Collaborative Pediatric Team

Salary: $48.00-$56.00 per billable treatment hour (based on experience)

Full-Time | 30-40 Hours per Week

💰 Competitive Compensation

 

W-2 Pay-Per-Visit Model

  • Treatment Visits: $48-$56 per billable treatment hour (based on experience)
  • Evaluations: $70 each
  • Meetings: $20/hour
  • $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, physical, and functional needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence and participation in everyday activities
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary therapy team
  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that improves outcomes for children
  • Complete documentation and participate in care planning and team collaboration

 
Aptitudes Requises

 

Qualifications

 

Required

  • Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligible for licensure) in North Carolina
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

 

Preferred

  • Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience
  • Passion for helping children and families succeed
  • Collaborative, growth-minded approach to patient care
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
