Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually

What You'll Do
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will:
Evaluate and assess children with developmental, physical, sensory, and functional challenges
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs and goals
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living skills, sensory processing, fine motor development, self-regulation, and independence
Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary therapy teams
Educate and empower families through ongoing support and home program recommendations
Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities
Flexible Scheduling Options
Start as early as 7:00 AM and finish by 6:00 PM
Traditional 5-day schedule, four 10-hour days, or customized schedule options
Part-time opportunities available with the ability to grow into full-time employment
Compensation options available: salaried, hourly, or pay-per-unit
Competitive Compensation
$70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Required
Current Occupational Therapist license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred
Pediatric occupational therapy experience
Experience working with developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorders, or other pediatric populations
