Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually

What You'll Do

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will:
  • Evaluate and assess children with developmental, physical, sensory, and functional challenges
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs and goals
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living skills, sensory processing, fine motor development, self-regulation, and independence
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary therapy teams
  • Educate and empower families through ongoing support and home program recommendations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities

Flexible Scheduling Options

  • Start as early as 7:00 AM and finish by 6:00 PM
  • Traditional 5-day schedule, four 10-hour days, or customized schedule options
  • Part-time opportunities available with the ability to grow into full-time employment
  • Compensation options available: salaried, hourly, or pay-per-unit

Competitive Compensation

  • $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience
  • Equivalent hourly range: $33.65 - $40.87

Job Requirements

 

Qualifications

Required

  • Current Occupational Therapist license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred

  • Pediatric occupational therapy experience
  • Experience working with developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorders, or other pediatric populations
