Positions Available:

Alphanumeric is hiring CLINICAL SCIENTISTS to work remotely (EST hours) with our client of 20 years committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.

Pay Range: $80 - $100/hour
(Pay rate may vary based on experience, education, and overall qualifications.)

Key Responsibilities:

Partner closely with clinical, medical, and cross-functional teams to support the effective execution of clinical studies and programs.
Contribute to the development and timely delivery of high-quality clinical study protocols and related study documentation.
Support the clinical execution of trials, including ongoing review of clinical data, safety information, and protocol deviations.
Collaborate with Clinical Operations and other functional areas to ensure studies are conducted efficiently and in compliance with internal and external standards.
Assist with the interpretation, analysis, and communication of clinical trial data and study outcomes.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks while managing emerging clinical issues in a timely manner.
Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, investigators, vendors, and external partners.
Ensure adherence to GCP, regulatory requirements, SOPs, and applicable compliance standards.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS or equivalent qualification with 6+ years of experience in clinical research and development within the biopharmaceutical industry;
OR MS degree with 5+ years of experience;
OR Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
Strong understanding of clinical development processes and clinical trial conduct.
Experience supporting protocol development, study execution, clinical data review, and safety monitoring.
Demonstrated clinical, administrative, and project management capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environments.
Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Experience supporting global or multi-site clinical trials is a plus.

Work Environment:

Fully Remote (must be able to work EST business hours)
