Alphanumeric is hiring a Single Use Project Manager (SUS) to support our pharmaceutical client of 20+ years - a global leader committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.
This role will support the Marietta MSAT Project Team in building and starting up a new manufacturing unit, with direct responsibility for project oversight related to Single Use Systems (SUS) and Incoming Materials (IM) within a GMP-regulated environment.

🔎 What You'll Do
Develop and manage integrated SUS & IM project plans in MS Project Online
Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations
Structure and monitor execution across multiple workstreams
Track critical paths, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation
Govern and maintain the project Risk Register
Prepare and facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and decision forums
Build dashboards and tracking visualizations to improve project transparency
Coordinate internal stakeholders, global functions, QA, and third-party vendors
Escalate risks and recommend mitigation strategies as needed
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Define and validate project scope and objectives with stakeholders
Manage meeting cadence, agendas, pre-reads, minutes, and action tracking
Ensure resource planning and allocation is accurately reflected in MS Project Online
Drive structured execution aligned with PMBOK methodologies
Support start-up and qualification activities for SUS and IM within GMP manufacturing
Job Requirements
✅ What We're Looking For
5+ years of project management experience in a large, complex organization
Experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing
Background supporting Single Use Systems (SUS) and Incoming Materials (IM) qualification
Strong cross-functional collaboration experience (regional & global teams)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet strict deadlines
Experience using MS Project Online
Strong risk management and governance experience
🎓 Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree required (Engineering or Scientific background preferred)
Master's degree desirable
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required
Strong knowledge of PMBOK methodologies
GMP knowledge preferred
