Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead logistics and warehouse-related initiatives within a complex, GMP-regulated environment. This role will focus on driving execution, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to support the expansion of warehouse operations and integration of 3PL partners.
This is a hands-on execution-focused PM role, ideal for someone who has worked in logistics or supply chain environments and is comfortable partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) across operations, trade compliance, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of logistics and warehouse-related projects, ensuring alignment to timelines, scope, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, operations, quality, and external vendors (including 3PL partners)
Support expansion and integration of warehouse operations, including onboarding and coordination with third-party logistics providers
Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and status reporting to ensure successful delivery
Partner with SMEs (e.g., trade compliance, FTZ, logistics operations) to support project execution in a regulated environment
Track progress, resolve issues, and drive accountability across stakeholders
Support development and implementation of processes, workflows, and 'ways of working' to improve operational efficiency
Experience working in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive execution across multiple stakeholders
Experience coordinating with vendors and/or third-party partners
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers
Exposure to warehouse operations or distribution environments
Familiarity with import/export, trade compliance, or Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) environments
Experience in GMP-regulated industries (pharma, biotech, etc.)
Experience supporting system or process implementations (ERP, supply chain systems, etc.)
