Alphanumeric is hiring a Bilingual Contact Center Licensed Healthcare Professional (Spanish/English) to support our long-standing pharmaceutical client of 20+ years. This is a clinical, non-negotiable licensed healthcare professional role supporting medical information, adverse event reporting, and product quality complaint intake.
⚠️ This role requires an active U.S. clinical license (RN, RPh, PharmD, PA, etc.). Candidates without an active license will not be considered.
This position supports healthcare professionals and consumers by delivering accurate, compliant, and clinically appropriate medical and product information in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
This Is NOT a General Call Center Role
This is a medical product information / pharmacovigilance support role and requires:
Clinical judgment
Knowledge of adverse event reporting
Comfort working in regulated pharma environments
Strong documentation and compliance discipline
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound medical and product inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers
Perform Adverse Event (AE) and Product Quality Complaint (PQC) intake and documentation
Apply clinical knowledge to assess, document, and route safety information appropriately
Utilize knowledge management systems and multiple internal databases
Identify root cause of inquiries and provide compliant, accurate responses
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality standards
Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly
Provide professional, empathetic, and clinically appropriate communication
Meet quality, compliance, and productivity metrics in a structured environment
Requisitos
Required Qualifications
⭐ Fluent or professional proficiency in Spanish
✅ Active U.S. license in good standing in one of the following:
RN, RPh, PharmD, PA, or equivalent clinical degree
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
Pharmaceutical / biotech
Medical Information
Pharmacovigilance
Clinical nursing or pharmacy environment
Drug safety, quality, or regulated clinical support role
