Facilities & Logistics Coordinator (Onsite - Lake Nona, FL)
Pay Range: $28.50 - $36.50/hour Schedule: 100% Onsite Location: Lake Nona area (Innovation Way Industrial Park, near 528 & 417)
Alphanumeric is hiring a Facilities & Logistics Coordinator to support a new, rapidly growing data center operation located in the Lake Nona / Innovation Way industrial corridor. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day facilities operations, front desk support, mailroom and shipping/receiving functions, and coordination of logistics activities-including heavy data entry and SAP-driven workflows.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position works under the guidance of the Senior Real Estate & Facilities Operations Manager and requires professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Mailroom, Shipping & Receiving
Manage the mailroom, ensuring full organization, functionality, and compliance with company procedures.
Log all incoming shipments in tracking software; notify recipients, obtain signatures, and coordinate final delivery.
Process outgoing shipments including packaging, labeling, and carrier documentation.
Sort and log USPS mail and manage trackable deliveries.
Maintain and update the FedEx user list for employee access.
Order and maintain all shipping materials and postal supplies.
Work with the logistics team on international shipments, ensuring customs documentation is accurate and compliant.
Coordinate with Warehouse personnel for incoming materials and drop shipments.
Facilities Operations & Support
Assist in daily facility operations within the new data center environment, supporting both administrative and technical facility needs.
Monitor, dispatch, and execute requests through the department's work order system, email inbox, CMMS, and related software platforms.
Schedule, coordinate, and follow through on minor repairs, maintenance, and vendor work.
Prepare detailed reports documenting work order progress, completion, and facility project updates.
Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify opportunities for improved operation, safety, and service excellence.
Communicate facility needs and issues to Property Management; submit and track external work orders until resolution.
Manage building access for visitors, contractors, and vendors; ensure authorized personnel only.
Support maintenance of break rooms, vending equipment, copy/print areas, and supply inventories.
Oversee office supply ordering and inventory using vendor portals or Coupa purchasing system.
Administrative, Data Entry & Logistics Support
Perform heavy data entry and SAP-related documentation to support logistics and facilities workflows.
Coordinate document storage, shredding services, and related compliance activities.
Create presentations, documentation, and reporting using PowerPoint and Excel.
Provide support to regional offices for vendor coordination and facility matters.
Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders across the organization.
Other Duties & Department Expectations
Participate in Safety Council activities; complete CPR, AED, and First Aid training (provided).
Follow all safety policies, practices, and company procedures; report unsafe conditions immediately.

Aptitudes Requises
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred; 1-3 years of experience in facilities, logistics, shipping/receiving, or related administrative support required.
Experience working in a data center, industrial, or high-volume logistics environment is a strong plus.
SAP experience or other enterprise logistics/maintenance systems experience required or strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to understand A/V systems and common office technology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with employees at all levels.
Ability to interpret written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
