Alphanumeric is hiring an HR ASSISTANT

to work onsite in Orlando, FL with an environmentally conscious energy innovator focused on sustainability and clean manufacturing.

Pay Range: $22.80 - $25.00/hour
Schedule: Onsite, standard business hours

Position Overview:

The HR Assistant will support day-to-day Human Resources operations and assist with a variety of administrative, onboarding, and data-entry tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level HR professional or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, approachable, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter employee data accurately into SuccessFactors and other HR systems
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and the completion of employee documentation
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems (including I-9s, term files, and personnel records)
  • Support HR projects such as I-9 audits and Export Control/Foreign Trade Zone documentation
  • Prepare and scan new employee and termination files for recordkeeping
  • Create and track offer letters, merit increase forms, and job evaluation documents
  • Compile HR data into Excel spreadsheets and create simple charts, graphs, or PowerPoint presentations for management
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and adhere to HR data protection standards
  • Provide friendly, professional assistance to employees on the manufacturing floor with HR-related questions or forms

 
Requisitos

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  • 6+ months of HR or administrative experience (internship or entry-level experience acceptable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or another HRIS preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a kind, approachable demeanor
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and interacting with employees at all levels
  • Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and teamwork
