About the Role
Alphanumeric is seeking a freelance Project Coordinator with Life Sciences experience to support project execution across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare-related initiatives. This is a 1099 project-based role with fluctuating hours depending on project demands. While the contract has no set end date, the long-term goal is to grow the position into a full-time opportunity in the new year as business expands.

The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in planning, execution, and tracking of Life Sciences projects, ensuring alignment with deliverables, timelines, and budgets, while supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary focus: Support the planning, execution, and tracking of Life Sciences projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Coordinate project activities including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.
• Maintain and update project documentation, status reports, and tracking tools.
• Liaise between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
• Proactively monitor project progress and escalate risks or concerns as needed.
• Assist with budgets, invoices, and resource allocation for project activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., GxP, FDA, EMA) and internal processes.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying and implementing efficiencies in project workflows.
