💵 Pay Range: $19-$21/hour (W2 only)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated GMP Document Management Specialist to support critical document management initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be assisting in the transfer and archival of GMP documents to an offsite storage facility, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in transferring critical GMP documents to an offsite storage facility.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to edit, review, and approve templates and existing documents.
• Understand and utilize electronic tracking systems for document management.
• Physically move document boxes (up to 30 lbs) as needed.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Support the Project Lead with various administrative tasks.
• Assist in documentation archival activities, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
• Contribute to systems improvements and process simplification initiatives.
• Participate in systems monitoring and metrics reporting.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with all EHS regulations and SOPs.
