We're looking for a Graphic Designer with a solid foundation in Life Sciences to join our growing creative team. This individual will create visually compelling assets that translate complex scientific and medical information into clear, engaging visual experiences.

Responsibilities: *Design and produce high-impact visual content for digital, print, and presentation formats in alignment with brand guidelines. *Develop and refine PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders. *Conceptualize and create visual assets for websites, interactive tools, social media, eLearning modules, and digital campaigns. *Translate scientific/medical data into infographics, charts, and engaging visuals that enhance understanding and impact. *Collaborate closely with medical writers to bring scientific narratives to life through design. *Ensure brand consistency, visual quality, and scientific accuracy across all deliverables. *Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications: *5 - 7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating Life Sciences or Healthcare-related work. *Proven expertise in PowerPoint (PPT) for high-end presentation design. *Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects and XD a plus). *Experience in digital development, including responsive design for web and mobile interfaces; familiarity with HTML/CSS a plus. *Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex scientific or medical information into accessible and engaging visuals. *Understanding of compliance standards in the Life Sciences industry *Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. *Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications: *Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device clients. *Familiarity with scientific content creation processes, including medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submissions. *Strong design skillset within PPT *Motion graphics or animation experience a plus (e.g., After Effects). *Medical Illustration capabilities a plus
