Alphanumeric is hiring a CONTRACTING ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT to work remotely on the East Coast.
Pay Range: $30 - $36
Key Responsibilities:
1) Understand the demands of all contracts with specific compliant and within guidelines objectives following SOPs
Take inventory of:
- All business needs requiring contracts
- Timing of contracts (start and end)
- Which KEEs are included
- Contract type (advice seeking etc)
- Specifics of hours and travel, accommodations or whatever is needed for each system entry
- Legally and compliant reviewed objectives sign off
- Budget and costs
- Essentially all the specific apollo entries
2) Open APOLLO submissions in a super early timeframe to ensure contracts are completed in time
3) Follow up on any COI (Conflict of Interest Form)
4) Weekly meetings with contract specialist to ensure progress of all contracts
5) Problem solving any delays in contract process
6) If edits to contract are required, seek approval (weekly to keep contracts moving)
7) If COI elevated a conflict, commence filling out appropriate forms and obatain approvals. Work with leadership to ensure compliance and completeness.
8) Follow-up on critical information for contracting
9) Update and maintain tracker for those contracted and give updates on key milestones for all related engagements.
10) Keep a master tracker of all open contracts, their status in the pipeline, and identify/address issues, including drafting amendments.
11) Upon engagement completion, verify attendence, hours and payment amounts.
12) Ensure invoices align with FMV, hours, and expenses accrued.
13) Ensure all payments are complete and submitted in a timely manner.
