Alphanumeric is seeking a USA Change Manager – Level 3 to support our long-standing client—a global leader in medical and pharmaceutical innovation. This role will drive organizational change and communication efforts for a large-scale Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Transformation initiative, enabling enterprise-wide adoption of SAP APS across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Business Forecasting functions.
As a Change Manager, you will lead local change and communication efforts in North America, working closely with global and regional stakeholders. Your focus will be on helping individuals and teams navigate, adopt, and sustain new global processes and technologies. This role is ideal for someone experienced in complex change delivery, who balances structured methodology with a human-centered mindset, and who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Conduct and refine change impact assessments and define actionable change plans
Drive execution of local change strategies and interventions using global change frameworks
Establish and manage a North American change network
Collaborate with global teams to support persona development, journey mapping, and adoption efforts
Align with training leads to coordinate capability building and readiness
Support employee listening efforts, capture local insights, and adjust plans accordingly
Ensure sustained adoption through reinforcement and engagement strategies
Develop and maintain local engagement and communication plans
Customize and deliver global communications and engagement materials
Advise on appropriate local communication channels and tactics
Support and facilitate briefings, events, and content development
Coach teams on stakeholder engagement best practices
Share employee feedback to inform broader engagement strategies
Report into the NA Market Deployment Lead and collaborate with the Global Change & Comms Lead
Partner with global program teams, local stakeholders, and parallel initiatives (e.g., TIM, FP&A)
Track lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement for future phases
7–9+ years of experience in organizational change management and communications within large-scale implementations
Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and written/verbal communication skills
Experience working with leaders at various levels across a matrixed and global environment
Proven success driving employee engagement, understanding, and adoption
Highly collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and able to work independently with a delivery mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci)
Familiarity with human-centered change methodologies
Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or similarly complex organizational environments
Ability to build informal networks and influence across diverse teams
