Your Role
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer/Media Designer with a strong background in UX/UI design, a passion for creating user-centric experiences, and a keen eye for aesthetic details. You will play a pivotal role in crafting the first market-facing product of a new aging care experience, ensuring that it is innovative, elegant, and meets user needs while aligning with business goals.
What You Will Be Doing:
Design innovative and user-friendly digital interfaces across multiple platforms.
Create robust design systems and interaction paradigms to support user goals.
Illustrate design ideas using sketches, storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and engineers throughout the design process, from ideation to product delivery.
Conduct user testing and design research to gather insights and refine designs.
Develop and maintain style guides, prototypes, and components using Figma.
Present designs to stakeholders and product owners effectively.
Ensure pixel-perfect designs that are aesthetically polished and user-focused.
Job Requirements
What You Bring:
2-4 years of experience with a strong digital UX/UI design portfolio.
Expertise in Figma (components, auto layouts, prototypes, style guides).
Sensibility for clear and elegant typography and a passion for motion design.
Experience in design research and user testing to inform design decisions.
Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly to end users and team members.
Attention to detail, with a passion for pixel-perfect designs.
Self-motivated and collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments.
Enthusiasm for designing in the care and health sectors.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in an entrepreneurial or startup environment.
Basic understanding of front-end engineering to facilitate collaboration with developers.
Bachelor's degree in Design/Fine Arts, Psychology, Communication, Interaction Design, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
Ability to produce high-quality results in a highly collaborative, results-driven team.
