Alphanumeric is seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Sales Representative to expand our Facilities Management Services business. This role is crucial in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
β Develop and negotiate new contracts for Facility Management Services.
β Identify and secure new business opportunities, ensuring strong market penetration.
β Conduct site surveys with operations teams and tailor proposals to client needs.
β Analyze market trends and track competitor activity to inform strategy.
β Manage RFP, RFQ, and tender documentation for new contracts.
β Maintain strong B2B networks and establish strategic client partnerships.
β Oversee sales pipeline, contract renewals, and account strategy.
β Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and sales activities.
πΉ 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, real estate sales, or business development (life sciences/pharma preferred).
πΉ Experience working with new and existing office and lab spaces in pharmaceutical settings.
πΉ Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value B2B deals.
πΉ Strong business planning, networking, and sales discipline.
πΉ Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
