Alphanumeric is hiring a Business Development Facilities Sales Representative to work in Raleigh, NC.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Representative focused on our facilities management service to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities: *Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new contracts for Facility Management Services as per targets /per year. *Identifying new business opportunities by mapping of the upcoming projects. *Meeting clients and finalizing the comprehensive Facility Management deals. *Making business plans, customized presentations & proposals. *Conduct site surveys along with the operations team. *Analyzing latest trend of the market in terms of Facility Management Services. *To prepare documentation for - Tenders, RFP & RFQ etc. *Ensure proper market penetration in the assigned Region. *Closely track Competition activity *Designing Strategy for Sales Team Developing & Managing Strategic Accounts in the assigned Region *Renewal of existing Accounts Strategy, Business Plan & Road map *Weekly review of the sales activity in the branch with corrective actions *Generating leads and prospects *Ensure all client agreements are signed before the contract start-up date and handed over to planning & costing.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: *Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities / real estate sales, business development, or a related role; experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industries preferred. *Experience with new and existing office and lab space within a pharmaceutical environment. *Strong sales discipline and business planning skills *Strong Networking with local B2B clients in the Region *Demonstrated skills in negotiating and closing large value deals with B2B clients. *Strong team bonding skills. *Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of [specific industry software] is a plus. *Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team environment.
