Overview: Alphanumeric Systems is hiring a Software Engineer to build a custom web application. This hybrid position is based in the Research Triangle Park, NC area, working closely with a client committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.
Project Description: Our client needs a solution for automating interactions with employees regarding potential issues. Currently, this process involves manual one-off emails to employees, requiring significant manual work to send, receive, process, track, and escalate replies.
Solution Statement: We are seeking a developer to create a web-based portal that:
Automatically sends emails to employees.
Collects replies in our database.
Tracks responses to ensure timely replies.
Monitors and lists escalations where necessary.
Current System:
An internal team maintains an in-house compliance monitoring application using WinForms, C#, and a SQL backend.
The new functionality requires web-based development, hosted internally on IIS using Razor or MVC with C# backend functionality.
Responsibilities:
Develop the web-based portal with automated email functionalities.
Integrate the portal with the existing SQL backend.
Ensure the portal tracks and escalates responses as necessary.
Manage the full software development life cycle, including requirement documentation, design, coding, and testing.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience developing in C#.
Experience developing in ASP .NET.
2-4 years of relevant development experience.
Capable to integrate well with the team local to Durham
Tech knowledge to WRITE CODE, not just connect middleware, this is not a middleware solution, but a bespoke application being built
