Alphanumeric is hiring a Procurement Administrator, to work in Research Triangle Park, NC.
12- month contract
In this role you will assist with managing and executing procurement processes.
The four main roles of procurement are sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management. These activities require a strong understanding of market trends, organizational objectives, and supplier capabilities to ensure success
This includes:
Reviewing bids and proposals
Ensuring contracts are awarded in a timely manner
Purchasing supply of products/materials
Determining the lowest cost for products/materials
Tracking and recording orders
Receiving orders and documenting arrivals
Managing supply base
Analyzing market and delivery systems
Manage and negotiate with vendors to order products
Resolve customer complaints
Establish relationships for quoting purchases
Job Requirements
Qualifications
2+ years experience working in finance or procurement
Purchase orders, invoicing and contract administration experienced
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication with co-workers, managers and customers.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to accept, integrate, and apply constructive feedback in a professional manner.
Ability to prioritize tasks and drive results with a high emphasis on quality.
Ability to work as part of a team within a highly collaborative environment.
Strong computer, internet, and software operation skills.
