Job Description

The Rivera team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to own and drive complex cross-functional initiatives to successful completion.  This individual will work with operations, software engineering and other closely aligned partners to create and execute against project plans that align to our strategic objectives and product roadmaps.  Successful candidates will excel in driving clarity and focused execution as they navigate a complex and fast-paced environment. This individual will play a critical role in strategically positioning Rivera information systems solutions and provide proactive technical leadership to the implementation of these solutions from strategic decision making down to the project planning level.

Position Title:  Program Manager                                           
Location:  Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, OK
 
Primary duties and responsibilities:
  • Owning, managing and communicating all project management milestones.
  • Ensure all schedules are being met.
  • Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Develop a budget and an operating plan for the program.
  • Lead Monthly Program Status reviews
  • Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
  • Meet with stakeholders including Software Engineers, Operations, and Information System Security Managers (ISSM)
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
  • Analyze program risks.
  • Work with senior technical leads and client counterparts to develop technical innovation strategy for the program
  • This Position Reports directly to the Director of Operations
Oversight of Information System Security Managers (ISSM), who will be tasked with:
  1. Ensuring the integration of cybersecurity into and throughout the lifecycle to include the initial Authority to Operate (ATO).
  2. Continuous monitoring security-relevant events, assess proposed configuration changes for potential impact to the cybersecurity posture, and assess the quality of security controls implementation against performance indicators.
  3. Maintaining completed packages for continual security reviews throughout each of the PIT's lifecycle.
  4. Using eMASS to document a systems security posture as required by the RMF process. 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Management or other related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years direct experience
  • PMP – Project Management Institute

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize duties based on shifting demands
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be Familiar with the Air Force RMF Process or equivalent
  • Must be familiar with DoD and AF IA policy, specifically DoDI 8500.01, and DoDI 8510.01
